杨昆,博士,教授、博士生导师,工程热物理系党支部书记、工程热物理系副主任,国际传热传质杂志《International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer》(中科院一区top期刊)客座编辑,中国制冷学会小型制冷机低温生物医学专业委员会委员。主要从事传热传质理论与技术研究;发表论文近70篇,1篇论文入选Essential Science Indicators (ESI) Hot Paper。
